Pea and spicy chorizo soup

cooking1 kg organic frozen green peas
1 onion
1 spoonful of butter
1 chicken instant stock cube
1 litre of water
1 hot chorizo

Heat up the butter in a pan and cook the finely chopped onion. Add the peas & the instant stock, season to your taste with salt & pepper. Add the water, simmer for 15 mn then mix the soup in a blender. Slice up the chorizo and quickly roast it in a frying pan (no need to use fat). Pour the pea soup in plates and add slices of chorizo.
