Fanny has realized portraits of men and women, chosen by her – A photographic kidnapping, at the end of her arm the weapon, creating snapshots / PEACE.

In this series, artists and migrants are on focus. The artist is a globe trotting DJ roaming from capitol city to the next, instantaneously covering thousands of miles, in an almost immediate state. The migrants are an Afghan, a Kurd from Iraq, a Somalian, all forced to become clandestine travelers due to internal conflicts or dictatorships. These men careen through the streets of Calais during months in order to cover the last 30 kilometers separating them from the Promised Land: Great Britain.
